Manmarziyaan continue to remain below par in the weekdays and collected Rs. 1.72 Crore on Thursday i.e. day 7 from its release took its total to Rs. 21.40 Crore. The movie is intense romantic story directed by Anurag kashyap praised by critics should have been gained some momentum.
Manmarziyaan features Taapsee Pannu, Abhishek Bachchan and Vicky Kaushal under the banner of Eros International. It released with other movies like Mitron, Love Sonia and Lupt, simultaneously and Stree also running well in the box office. Although it got mostly positive reviews from the critics but the positive word of mouth has not really translated the audience into box office.
